Light and Love Reiki - Monthly Reiki Share

You can join the Light and Love Reiki Group here on Healing Spirit Community and participate in a monthly Reiki Share with us.

We do this share by collecting names of everyone that wants to participate and then Sami will create a list from that people and assign everyone a "day".

The days will either be Sunday or Wednesday and whenever that day comes up, those that it is not their day to receive will send Reiki to the person(s) that's day it is. We ask that you send as much Reiki energy as you are able to on those days, and for as long as you can. If that means you send for 5 minutes or an hour, that is fine. The point of this share is so that everyone that participates will receive their day of Reiki and receive Reiki from all over the world at any given time.

This share is meant to be fun for everyone, so don't stress out over it and know that everyone participating is the fun of it.

From past experiences of doing this sort of Reiki share, when it is your day,,, typically (even if you forget it is your day) people have reported to have an amazing day!
