Well first Hi guys its been a while but today is the first day Ive had to myself for a while so I thought Id use some of the time to share a meditation I do and get some feed back from who ever wants to give it a try.
Anyway it go's like this sit on the floor with your back nice and straight and focus your mind on the base of your spine or to be more specific on your pelvis as a matter of fact.
Or in other words focus on what your sitting on.
